CHANGE to Summer Schedule

We have a change to our summer schedule due to timing conflict.

One June 6th, we will meet at the Eagle Run Park in Bellbrook, as we had planned for our May meeting.

Here is the updated schedule...

Fri, June 6 - Eagle Run Park, Bellbrook
Fri, June 27 - Orchardly Park, Oakwood
Fri, July 18 - Cox Arboretum, Butterfly House, Miamisburg
Fri, August 1 - Wegerzyn Gardens, North Dayton
Fri, August 15 - Elizabeth Hoy, Splash Gardens, Centerville

Meeting time: 10:30, Bring picnic lunch, and appropriate attire. Kids will get wet at Orchardly Park, Wegerzyn and Elizabeth Hoy!

Summer Schedule

Hi friends,

I have drawn up a tentative summer schedule for our meeting dates and locations. It is of course subject to change due to weather, illness (have you ever heard of summer colds? I heard about that the other day and thought it was crazy!?!) or whatever. We could always have a back up plan for weather, like meeting at someone's house if it rains. I'm also working on setting up a trip to the horse farm in Eaton. When I know more, I'll add it to the schedule.

Fri, June 27 - Orchardly Park, Oakwood

Fri, July 18 - Cox Arboretum, Butterfly House, Miamisburg

Fri, August 1 - Wegerzyn Gardens, North Dayton

Fri, August 15 - Elizabeth Hoy, Splash Gardens, Centerville

We will plan to meet around 10:30, play and then have picnic lunch! Most places have shady spots for picnicking! I will of course send reminder emails with exact location and direction as each date approaches!

School starts August 20th-ish (I think!)...so we will go back to meeting once a month in September - first Friday, September 6th!
